Sen. Heinrich Expects U.S. Air Force To Request ORS Funding Come February

Heinrich has asked the Secretary of the Air Force to ensure the Pentagon's 2016 budget request includes funding for a rapid response military space development office the Air Force has tried without success to close for three years running.
